By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Investment Services

Monetixis provides fixed-term investment plans with daily profit distribution. All investments are offered on a principal-protected basis where possible. Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to market conditions.

Important: Cryptocurrency and digital asset investments carry risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies and electronic payment methods only.
• Withdrawal requests are processed automatically or within 24 hours.
• We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals over $10,000.

5. Referral Program

We operate a 3-level referral program. Commissions are paid only on actual deposits made by referred users. Abuse of the referral system will result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Monetixis Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.

8. Risk Disclosure

Investment in cryptocurrencies and digital assets involves substantial risk. Prices can fluctuate dramatically. You should only invest money you can afford to lose.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
